The recent release of BIND 9.10.4-P1 contains change introduced by commit:

The change introduced use of "strlcat" function in contrib/sdb/ldap/zone2ldap.c. The function is not available on Linux and therefore the code does not compile.
Versions 9.10.3-P4 and older didn't use this non-portable function.
