      Arch Linux (and likely also Void Linux) recently moved from glibc 2.24 to 2.25, and in doing so discovered a patch was needed for BIND compatibility. The bug was reported to Arch here: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/53240

getrandom most probably needs to be conditionally included. I believe it is newer than seccomp.
