Forgive me if I'm putting this in the wrong queue,
but as a customer-submitted issue I'm not sure that
it ought be public by default.  Also not sure whether
I should have broken these out into individual tickets.
I'm willing to do that if you prefer.

Roy Mongiovi of AT&T has reported several ARM issues
via Support #11812:
