It is more clear for me.

I effectively configured with the same prefetch timing either on resolver and forwarder.

I will play with different timers in order to get the expected result.

Remember that this instance of named is learning answers which are also counting down the TTL as they come from the forwarder.  The prefetch triggers a prefetch in the forwarder assuming it supports it but the learnt ttl is the same value the record that triggered the prefetch.
