lib/dns/rdata/generic/ptr_12.c but also one remaining incorrect XXXDCL
comment in lib/dns/name.c

Trafalgar: Northerly or northeasterly 4 or 5, increasing 6 at times. Moderate
or rough, occasionally slight in southeast. Fair. Good.
