Repaired a bug in new DHCPv4-over-DHCPv6 where
packet is used after being dereferenced.
With the fix and forcing /64 prefix length on the client
(I forgot to patch DHCLIENT_DEFAULT_PREFIX_LEN)
it works well with modified ISC DHCP and Kea.

Now testing with relays...
