For dhcprelay (ipv6) There is a discrepancy between the implementation and the man page. The implementation is in accordance with RFC3315, the man page is not.

The man page claims that when using the "-u interface" (without a specific address) "the relay agent will forward

to the DHCPv6 \fIAll_DHCP_Relay_Agents_and_Servers\fR multicast address". That is not correct, the relay agent forwards to "All_DHCP_Servers".

The attached patch will fix the man page.
