A static cross-compilation of ISC DHCP fails because bind (in bind/Makefile.in) is not called with the following options: --without-zlib --without-dlopen. Could you fix it? I can also provide a patch if needed however it seems that bind/Makefile.in is not in your ISC DHCP git source tree.
