<h4>Bug Detail</h4>
<p>From the /var/log/syslog message, the kernel detects duplicated IPv6 address &quot;ipv6 duplicated address x detected&quot; and from the ip -6 addr show dev ${interface} command, the address x is flagged with tentative dadfailed.<br />
However, the system fails to send DHCPv6 DECLINE message and bound to the duplicated address.</p>
