[port] Add support for OpenSSL 1.1.0. [RT #41284] note according to the ticket it is not yet fully merged (there are some cleanups to do and 9.9 code needs specific review) but if you have access to the git repo you should find what you need/want. BTW I have a similar ticket (under review) for Kea.
