There's no strong reason to store other people's software in contrib/ if there's a well known upstream repository. Therefore I propose to remove:

- dnsperf
- query-loc
- nslint (the FTP doesn't work right now, but there are other places where to download it)
- zkt

from contrib directory.

I'll have a MR as soon as I have issue number.
