While there, also remove the definition of DNS_MESSAGETEXTFLAG_COMMENTDATA.

I believe I created it when I was working on delv, ended up implementing it
as a STYLEFLAG instead, forgot to remove the MESSAGETEXTFLAG, and merged it
that way.
