Hi Rick, I found this ticket while investigating an identical issue with the reclimit system test on a different platform. Thank you for notifying us about the problem. I believe the issue you reported is fixed by a commit which I just pushed to all maintained BIND branches (commit ID for the master branch is 6035d557c4).
