Hi, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your bug report has been recorded. ISC DHCP is maintained by a small group of engineers. The engineering resources available are limited and we need to pick the issues we're dedicating time on carefully. Sadly, dhcrelay is probably the least popular element of ISC DHCP software (server is by far the most popular one, with the client being second) and furthermore, the number of deployments who may be affected by this problem is very limited (great majority of deployments has fewer than thousands of interfaces). As such, this issue isn't perceived as critical by us. > Also, how to change the priority of the issue. May I refer you to this particular response of the automated response you got: If your organization requires more immediate attention, ISC offers paid support options. Please see http://www.isc.org/services/support for more information. You may also take a look at this page: https://www.isc.org/dhcp-subscription/ That gives a bit more detail regarding support for DHCP. Note one of the benefits is priority fixes. I'm sorry if that is disappointing. Of course, the bug reports coming from support customers takes precedence. Customers also have access to our dedicated support channels, that depending on the level, may even include 24x7. Issues raised via this channel are often addressed within hours and sometimes days if the issue is difficult to reproduce or the fix is complex. Hope that helps, Tomek Mrugalski ISC, Director of DHCP Development
