This ticket has unsolved dependency.
In the manual "DHCPv4 an DHCPv6" (missing d) and next line "interrim" (extra r). The code seems OK but I have to re-read it. I suggest you fix spelling and give me the ticket back.

Hello Daniel: You'll be happy to learn that we have addressed your request in our upcoming feature release, ISC DHCP 4.4.0, due out Q1/2018. The dhcpd (-6) server will now update DNS entries for DHCPv6 static leases when update-static-leases is true. We like to recognize our contributors by thanking them in our release notes.
