Subject: Add check-names to nsupdate

Add check-names processing to nsupdate so that invalid names are detected before the update request is sent. Allow check-names processing to be enabled/disabled both fully and on a per record basis. Default to on. This only applies to "update add". Deletions and prerequisite checks are not affected.
