I changed "deprecated" to "obsolete and has been removed" in the man page. Are we in agreement that this is okay to commit for 9.12?

4674. [func] "dig +sigchase", and related options "+topdown" and "+trusted-keys", have been removed. Use "delv" for queries with DNSSEC validation. [RT #42793] 9.12.0
