Subject: addzone test fails when built with LMDB and without threads

I:checking rndc showzone with newly added zone (42) I:failed "rndc showzone" has no output. The test passes when built with threads as usual. This isn't a recent regression; the bug seems to go back to when NZD files were first introduced. (I guess we must have no systems building without threads but with LMDB?)
