Make sure other directories that can be specified in named.conf, such as new-zones-directory, are writable.
Taken care of this for new-zones-directory. I don't see any other options that need this, unless we wanted to do something like checking whether all the dynamic zones are in directories where it's possible to create a journal file. That seems like overkill, though. Please have a look at rt46308.
