Subject: Stabilize logfileconfig system test
The logfileconfig system test intermittently exhibits several different failure modes, i.a. on Ubuntu [1], Solaris [2] and OpenBSD [3]. [1] https://jenkins.isc.org/view/BIND/job/bind9-master-ubuntu1604-amd64/440/ [2] https://jenkins.isc.org/view/BIND/job/bind9-master-solaris10-sparc/708/ [3] https://jenkins.isc.org/view/BIND/job/bind9-master-openbsd61-64/184/
Branch rt46615 should fix failure modes triggered on Ubuntu and Solaris, please review. OpenBSD failures are caused by extreme machine latency (which e.g. makes certain "rndc reconfig" invocations take over a minute to complete). Solving the underlying problem with the machine itself should also fix logfileconfig failures.
looks fine
4818. [test] The logfileconfig system test could intermittently report false negatives on some platforms. [RT #46615] 9.9.12, 9.10.7, 9.11.3, 9.12.0
