Subject: Stabilize nsupdate system test

Occasional false negatives for this test observed on Linux machines (CentOS 7 [1], Fedora 25 [2]) are caused by a known kernel bug described in KB AA-01213 [3]. Please review rt46673 which works around the problem by preventing ns2 from sending two SOA queries concurrently. This extends test execution time by no more than 1 second.
