Subject: Bugfix / suggested change: run script-file after removing dead lease

Hi folks,

When dhclient receives a DHCPNAK for an active lease, it executes script-file before removing the now-dead lease.

I believe script-file should be run after the dead lease is expunged.

I've attached a patch containing this behavioral change.
