Bug Detail

From the /var/log/syslog message, the kernel detects duplicated IPv6 address "ipv6 duplicated address x detected" and from the ip -6 addr show dev ${interface} command, the address x is flagged with tentative dadfailed.
However, the system fails to send DHCPv6 DECLINE message and bound to the duplicated address.
